Review of the Revised Foreign Investment Policy in Book Publishing and Distribution
In 2010, Canadian Heritage conducted a public consultation process as part of a formal review of the policy on foreign investment in the book industry.
In response to a discussion paper, input was received from individual Canadians, publishers, distributors, retailers, and associations, among others, with ideas on how to ensure that the policy remains current, effective, and responsive to a changing world.
The public consultation process is now closed.We thank all those who participated.
