Publications and Reports - Copyright

With the rapid development of digital technologies and the increased use of Internet and new media by creators, producers and consumers, new copyright issues are emerging. In this context, the Department of Canadian Heritage sponsors commissionned studies to deepen understanding of copyright in this rapidly evolving environment.

These studies do not reflect the Government of Canada's position on the subjects addressed, but represent the views of their authors.
