Tuscan Winter Evening

Join the folks at Burnt Butter Italian Kitchen in happening Hintonburg and experience the rustic comforts of Tuscan food and wine. The evening will begin with a demonstration of the art of hand-rolling pasta. Burnt Butter’s open-concept kitchen is the perfect stage to watch and learn as chef Steve Wallace demonstrates the art of hand-rolling gnocchi and agnolotti. Following the pasta demonstration, enjoy a four-course Tuscan-themed dinner paired with matching wines, introduced by our sommelier John McCormick.
