Public Service Staffing Tribunal (PSST)
The Public Service Staffing Tribunal is an independent quasi-judicial body established under the new Public Service Employment Act to deal with complaints related to internal appointments, lay-offs, the implementation of corrective measures ordered by the Tribunal, and the revocations of appointments in the federal public service. The Tribunal conducts hearings and provides mediation services in order to resolve complaints.
