Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal (PSDPT)
The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal is an independent, quasi-judicial body responsible for protecting public servants who disclose wrongdoing from reprisal. The Tribunal hears reprisal complaints referred by the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner. It has the power to order remedies in favour of the complainant and disciplinary actions against the person found to have taken reprisals.
