Figure 3 illustrates the various steps to be taken between implementing the Roadmap and developing the new official languages strategy. It involves three strategies, followed each time by a decision-making and adjustment process. The first (performance measurement) and second (reporting) are carried out annually, and the third (horizontal summative evaluation) is slated for 2012.
