Resolution on official languages:

Example 2:

The Board of Directors has adopted a resolution on official languages that commits _____organization name______ to make all of its services available in both official languages.

It is hereby agreed that ______ organization name______ considers the delivery of bilingual services as a priority and commits itself to offering services in both official languages at all levels. ______organization name_____ intends to take all steps necessary to achieve this goal and will ensure that no employee is adversely affected by these new measures.
