Notice: Fraudulent E-Mails

We have been made aware that individuals are being asked to either provide personal information via email or transfer funds in order to successfully complete their application to the Young Canada Works program. Such requests are being made through various websites and emails not associated with Young Canada Works. The matter is subject to an investigation.

Please be assured that Young Canada Works and its delivery organizations would never ask job applicants or employers to submit personal information via email or require them to send money to secure a job posting.

If, at any time, you receive such a request from anyone claiming to be associated with Young Canada Works, please contact us. For more information or to report your case, please contact PhoneBusters, the Canadian anti-fraud call centre which works with the Canadian national police service, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
